Woke up yesterday eager to dig in to crabs! The weather wasn't lovely, but I'm slightly mad cause "I'm only happy when it rains". Settled the fees and everything and the seafood trip was cancelled... :( No more crabs for my fingers to pry open then. Poor poor. So there was a "congregation" on "What to do then?", *I kept saying karaoke, but no one seemed to want to agree or disagree, my voice went with the wind outside*
Soon it was decided that we went for Shabu-Shabu. I-Rene suggested 1U. but I forgot what happened, but we didn't end up going there. hahah we headed for Kepong instead. Let's see, the each person a little boiler concept is pretty nice but the food is just.. erm.. normal? The sauce is terrific though. hahaha Would I go to all the trouble to go there again? Nope. Unless somehow I'm in that vicinity and the company I'm with wants to go there.
Everyone was stuffed after that, so no dessert for us... Sob sob... then we headed for Karaoke... sigh.... Well at least we get to sing. Wanted to sing Cyndi Wang... LOL.... but the Sin Ying chose so many... -.-"" I think halfway through the session, I didn't feel like singing anymore... *I stopped enjoying myself? Oh dear.... what's wrong with me?* I felt rather content watching the music videos or rather guessing the chinese characters. Haha... *I might as well have stayed at home and surfed youtube eh?*
Rushed home to get ready for dinner. Watched tv and read the papers at the same time. Received a message from Strawbs that she would leave her house at 7.15pm. *Takes less than 5 minutes to reach my house from hers*. 7.30pm.... Mum said: "Takes so long from her house to come here meh?" Then she arrives.. hahaah
Reached Izzi!
Surprisingly we were the first to arrive. LOL... Started taking pictures and thus begins my first "official" photologview. Wk, no longer evil devil and yi lin bong reached and we ordered our drinks first. After maybe about 20 minutes only did How Han, Function & SK arrive along with our drinks.. My guess is that they probably took it from Starbucks that's why it took them so darn long... -.-"
Allowed the rest to study the menu to finally order.
Let's see.. Function & SK ordered the Carbonara.
According to Function, it ain't nice. But Yi Lin felt it wasn't half bad.

Baked Cheese Macaroni... there was a typo on the menu.. unless it wasn't a typo?
I tasted a little, it felt like Mac & Cheese, the cheese was too sour for my liking.... According to her, it was like Mac & Cheese, very little chicken.

Cheese Dough Ball? I forgot the name.. hehe.. It was a starter though...
The pizza was ok, the base didn't ebcome soggy & all as it cooled down, but it didn't really meet my expectations... I prefer Domino's -.-" Puzzini's is still the best though... LOL. The Cheese Dough Ball thingy was ok. If U left it there to "absorb" the air-cond, the bun would be hard on the outside but on the inside it's still soft & nice... hehe
After that, the majority wanted to catch a movie, so I played along.. sadly there weren't any nice times.... Both in TGV & GSC. Walked pass my favourite shop in 1U. There was a bear that is really cute! But I already have tonnes so no more...
Ended up at Friendster cafe. The jam heading to Kota Damansara was horrible. Mei Shea took the jammed up route while wk didn't. Imagine. They already reached Friendster cafe but we were still at 1U's traffic light... *smacks head*
Pretty tired by the time we got there... Played some games.. the last game was uno stacko which was also the silliest. We only palyed one game of that cause we needed to leave. 3 people into the game, How Han had a hard time finding a nice piece to take. wk was next and he made it fall. Shu Wei, me & Yi Lin didn't even get a chance to pull.. -.-"" LOL...
The service at Friendster was I would say good, thier service people were nice & friendly... But the frink I would say is overpriced. Oh well, there's a first for everything.

More than meets the eye

I finally watched "Transformers"! It's a pretty entertaining movie. Keeps U entertained at least, not too much about them robots and not too much about the love story. My favourite part was *spoiler in next line* when the "crappy Camarro" changed into a darn cool Camarro.... *spoiler ends* Anyway it was an enjoyable movie definitely a must watch this "Summer" though the movie I'm really waiting for is "The Simpsons" but still this is a must watch. I enjoyed it eventhough I couldn't differentiate between the good and the bad at times... especially when they were fighting. I only remember Optimus Prime and Megatron.
After, "we", Coffeeholic & I, had lunch at Paddington's Pancakes. They had this Set Lunch offer that enticed us but in the end we didn't order the set lunch... hahahhaha we had Treasure Box
and a really cheesy dish.... oh... the sin... the sin....
After that went "whindow shopping", actually it was more, "enter, touch, flee" shopping. *meaning: enter a shop, touch here touch there, buy nothing & leave* There were some shops with interesting stuff... Cineleisure itself has some shops that sell interesting T-Shirts. There was this kiosk that sells T-Shirts with catchy phrases.... I liked one... but.... maybe some other day....
There was a particular shop that sold pretty nice stuff... Pretty special to me too.. wanted to get this handphone cover... but something else caught my eye.... but..... maybe some other time...
Bought doughnuts from "Big Apple" apparently they are really good. Should have bought 6, but I fear my family won't be able to scoff it all. Saw lots of interesting bags that are pretty out of budget... hahahha oh well.. someday.... so that was my day....
Oh! before I forget... I received something today!
A notebook? A Diary? An Organizer?
Nah... it's a wallet... A really early birthday present too... teehee.... I love it too which is great.... Now.. when shall I use it? hmmm....
Ah time to flee... Cheerios!

of A Rat and A "Treasure Hunt"

ah... I'm kinda late on this considering I was pretty busy and a little too lazy to blog.. nyahaha... ok this happened on Wednesday, Movie Marathon Day (MMD). Normal everyday routine continued, brush teeth etc... headed down for a really light breakfast... packed me stuff and waited.... for my ride to come by... *that sentence sounded pretty nice, hahha*
Went to the toilet to wash me hands. Pushed open the door and there it was scurrying around... a black rat which I presume is quite small ran outwards towards the door. I standing at the door tried avoiding the rat, slipped and ended up smack on the floor... Was a pretty hard Knock I presume though there were no loud thuds. Called for me mum and went to the doctor's... Luckily nothing broke and I didn't need stitches or anything... just lots of icing to me chin.... And now I'm left with a "beard" like bruise on my chin... ish ish... apparently it looks like a birth mark too... hahahha I thought of hiding it up with make up but me mum said "how much make up also won't cover it" -.-" ah well.. i think just leaving it there would do... I don't really care, though I think people might stare. *hey... it rhymes* I was well enough to go gallavanting so Yeen picked me up...
Went to her house to prepare Zyenn's present... *darn... how much trouble we go to* The present was a "Treasure Chest" so we decided to have a treasure hunt for her to look for her own present.... after we prepared everything and stuck the maps around we kidnapped her... though frankly speaking she willingly climbed up the car even though we didn't want her to get in... * the car was locked and she was pulling at the handle still.... hahahha *
Then we headed to 1U to try out Italliannies's "Never Ending Bowls Of Pasta". Not bad not bad... though couldn't really eat much... Ate a plate and a half.. that's all... then walked around and did stuff that people normally do at malls....
Reach Yeen's place and started the "Treasure Hunt". Vat helped Zyenn out a lot... cis cis.... after erm... 30 mins? she found her present.. hahaha As a conclusion, she would make a lousy pirate. Oh half way through finding her present... she helped me discover my pressie... hahahah Got a T-Dog but it says that I can call em G-Dawg so I guess it's name is G-Dawg? *what does G stands for?*
Now I'm lazy to talk about MMD so I shall talk about it some other day... *pretty odd since the stuff above happened on MMD* Till then I shall bid farewell and run off and play my beloved game.... ah.. results are out.. hmm ain't that satisfied and I think I-Rene lied to me... cis cis...Labels: Gibberish, Munch

Cendol..

First things first... WELCOME to the Garden of Destiny... wahhahahah sounds so corny... oh well... so this is the new skin... pretty ncie I must admit and the guy that made this is apparently only 14.... wow... nothing new really.. not like i have a hangman like Roberta's... The old one was getting pretty well.. old.. so a refreshing change... I'm suddenly drawn to green lately.. wierd wierd phase...
Now of to Cendol... hehe had the best cendol on Monday.... the ice shaving were the right size, as in it melted perfectly well, no big chunks of ice for U to crack ur teeth with... and the cendol was so freaking soft and smooth that it literally slid into my throat... oh what joy... then there was the gula melaka... just the right amount to make this bowl of cendol so heavenly.... Once I finished my bowl, I was tempted for another... but bad for health it is.. so no more... haha
Oh pulut can be added on the cendol but they were out that day so I have to wait longer.... if ur wondering where this stall is then go ahead and ask... if your leaving in the Klang Valley and hoping for a quick fix.. ur hopes are hopelessly crushed... U have to travel for at least 3 hours to get it... muahahahha ok just a short post this time round... hope U guys like the new skin like how I have liken it... CheerioLabels: Emo, Gush, Munch
