ok lately people around me are constantly stressed out... Probably I am a little as well.... but I don't really feel it.... don't know why.... there is the pressure, but stress.... not so sure... yeah I have like 4 presentations, an oral and finals coming up but I'm still pretty much relaxing till the last minute..... I may even be smiling before I the paper touches my table in teh examination hall . and When I flip the paper through I may just break down and cry??? nah that's not me..... if anyone of U see me doin that I must be sick or something....

well if U guys want to destress, there are tonnes of ways...
My favourite being listening to Monty Python's "Always look on the Bright Side Of Life" which some of U might have gotten from me.
There is always the "whacking people" stress relief method. Just find some dude to whack, make sure the person won't get bruises or not ur dead.....
and there is the walk in the park therapy.... take a deep breath and forget all ur sorrows and stuff which have been clogging ur mind and stuff like that.....
another is the exercising method, just run till ur lungs pop out.... *I mean literally ok*
Go on a shopping spree *just make sure ur pocket doesn't already have a deep hole*
Hmm wat else.....
Ah har... fill ur mind with happy endorfins by having happy food such as *sins as ms chienzz refers to* CHOCOLATE, ICE CREAM

hey no wonder I don't feel any stress..... I take sins like once every week.... and plus I just took some chocolate just now.... waahhahah.. my goodness I have absolutely nothing to type....
